Completing a full audit of your Steam reviews can be incredibly time consuming. Let me review all of your Steam reviews, so you can focus on making your game as excellent as possible.
Peace of Mind
Have peace of mind that all of your reviews are being taken care of. I care about your community and want to see it thrive. I’ll flag reviews appropriately and respond to reviewers when possible.
Improve Your Game
During your full audit, I’ll document any trends I find. Once the audit is complete, I’ll send you a full, actionable report that contains all of my findings. You’ll also have links to prominent negative reviews, so you can respond at a later date.
Sell More Games
Having someone interact with your reviewers will show potential customers that your team is listening and constantly improving based off of community feedback. By doing this, you will help reassure potential customers that you’re a reputable developer and will make it easier for potential customers to convert to players.
What I’ll do
Benchmark Current Review Score
I’ll start out my audit by creating a shared spreadsheet with the current date, total reviews, total positive reviews and total negative reviews. By doing this, you’ll be able to revisit your original Steam review scores and compare data.
Find and Flag Inappropriate Reviews
While reviewing your Steam reviews, I will flag and down vote all reviews that are abusive, off-topic and/or violate Steam rules & guidelines. This does not guarantee the reviews will be deleted. However, it will stop the original reviewer from making any edits to the inappropriate review and a Steam moderator will eventually review the flagged review and potentially delete it.
Respond to Reviews
Whenever appropriate, I will respond to reviews with helpful information. I will never start arguments or respond in a negative tone. I will only respond to reviews that I can provide value to. For example, if you have a support email address, I will respond to any performance based negative reviews and send them to your support email.
Document Trends & Provide a Custom Report
While auditing your reviews, I will be on the look out for any recent trends. I will then document these findings and present them to you in a custom report at the end of the audit. This report will include actionable insights and links to appropriate reviewer profiles, so you can follow up at a later date.
Pricing is broken down by how many reviews you want audited. For example, if you have 212 total reviews (positive and negative), and you want a full audit, the total project would cost $265 ($1.25 x 212).
